I’m having an issue with my...

  • Glass baby bottle

+Are lollaland glass baby bottles anti-colic?

Yes. The slow-flow nipple features an anti-colic ventilation channel that is designed to equalize the pressure inside the bottle during feeding. This proven ventilation system will minimize the amount of unwanted air your baby swallows, allowing for a more comfortable and controlled feed.

    +Why glass?

Many parents prefer glass over plastic for baby bottles because bottles, unlike sippy cups, are continually exposed to extreme temperatures (between sterilizing and re-heating). Our bottles are made of durable, premium quality, borosilicate glass that is naturally BPA-, BPS- and phthalate-free. Our bottle are made with a thermal-shock-resistant borosilicate glass, which allows our bottles to be safely heated, even when cold.

+Where is the Lollaland Glass Baby Bottle Made?

Lollaland Glass Baby Bottles are made in Germany and the replacement nipples are made in the USA

  • Lollacup

    +My lollacup leaks.

The Lollacup was designed as an alternative to all the spill-proof cups out there that have intricate valves that make it difficult for kids to use and parents to clean. The valve-free nature of the straw does not make Lollacup spill/leak-proof. Although having a spill-proof cup with active toddlers is sometimes convenient, our aim at lollacup is to eliminate unnecessary challenges for our children. We’ve found that spill-proof straw and sippy cups can be incredibly difficult to drink from, causing frustration for many children. Our goal, in creating lollacup, was to make drinking from a straw easy for young children.

If your cup is leaking from the seal or because of a crack/defect, please submit a customer service inquiry.

    +My straw is stained.

Lollacup straws do, unfortunately, stain (usually from pasta sauce or dark foods/drinks). We had this material specially formulated, because we needed it to be soft/pliable, durable, as well as free of BPA, PVC, latex, and phthalates. It meets all these requirements, but the drawback is that it does stain because we made the decision to avoid using any additional additives to keep it white. We are always talking with our chemist about new, safe alternatives, but for the time being, rather than using more additives in the material, we sell straw replacement packs on our website and in some of our retail stores if you'd like to periodically replace your straw.

    +My straw is moldy.

We have a "less is better" approach when it comes to chemical additives in our products. That being said, we made the conscious decision to avoid using antimicrobial agents in our straw material, so please make sure to allow the straw to dry thoroughly between washes. We are always talking with our chemist about new, safe alternatives, but for the time being, we sell straw replacement packs on our website and in some of our retail stores. We will, however, replace your straw this time. Please proceed with submitting an inquiry.

+What kind of plastic is the lollacup made of?

All parts of lollacup are made of polypropylene, except the straw. The straw is a thermoplastic elastomer that we had specially formulated, because we needed it to be soft/pliable, durable, as well as free of BPA, PVC, latex, and phthalates.

    +Is the lollacup BPS-free?

BPS is a new replacement product for BPA (Bisphenol A). All these products are being used (or were being used) to produce polycarbonate and other high transparent bottle materials. In some countries BPA is on the toxic list of materials and that’s the reason why some manufacturers are now using BPS instead of BPA. So far BPS is not on any toxic lists, but we are not convinced that it is any better than BPA. None of these products are being used in polyolefin materials, like polypropylene or thermoplastic elastomers, so rest-assured that Lollaland products are BPA and BPS-free.

    +Is lollacup dishwasher-safe?

Yes, but hand-washing your lollacup is always recommended. Rest-assured that lollacups are BPA/BPS-free and phthalate-free, but we advocate hand-washing plastic products whenever possible. Plastics have gotten a bad reputation in recent years as leaching chemicals such as BPA and phthalates, especially when exposed to the extreme temperatures in microwaves and dishwashers. In addition, at high temperatures chemical reactions can occur, invisible stress can happen, and plastics can degrade, especially when harsh cleaning agents are added to the mix.

    +Is lollacup recyclable?

All parts of the lollacup are recyclable.

    +Where is lollacup made?

The lollacup is 100% made in the USA.
