Lollaland recommends that customers inspect orders for accuracy and manufacturer’s defects within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please keep all original packaging while processing a return or exchange.
New and unused items that have not been opened may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 21 days of the date shipped. All returned/exchanged items must be kept in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning product(s) to us.
In the event that Lollaland makes an order error we will replace product and ship via a ground service of our choosing
Product that is found to have defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship is eligible for replacement. Defective product should be made available or returned to lollaland upon request before it is replaced and should only be discarded at lollaland’s request.
To return or exchange item(s) purchased through lollaland.com, item(s) must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please submit a customer service inquiry if you wish to make a return.
